84 Thief Lane is on perhaps York's best student road. It is around seven minutes walk to campus and perhaps two minutes to the supermarket. One of our largest six person houses on a wider than normal plot it usually lets to the first group to see it and had one group stay for four years. It is rare in that there the extension rooms are unusually wide.

It has a large kitchen with dining area which was refurbished in 2022, laminate floors in many rooms, modern units, fridge freezers, dishwasher etc. There is a brick built outside store, separate sitting room  and large back garden. It has a bathroom, separate shower room and downstairs wc. It even has a spare room for guests staying over, although we would suggest this would make a good study for the 6th bedroom. WiFi is currently Zen ultrafast so around 10x faster than normal fibre with speeds apparently up to 900MBps.
