 48 Thief Lane, big reception rooms and also on perhaps York's most popular student road. It is around five minutes walk from campus and three minutes to the supermarket. An unusual looking house from the front but large inside. A great house in an ideal location.
It has a large kitchen which was completely refitted in July 2021 (see video below) with separate dining area, laminate floor, modern units, two fridge freezers, two ovens, dishwasher, etc. There is also a separate sitting room again with laminate floor and space for a table and chairs as well as sofas. It has a back garden and plenty of off street parking, a detached garage for bikes, two full shower rooms (one with bath as well as a separate shower cubicle). All bedrooms have double beds.
Extended in 2025 it has full planning permission and licensing for 7 people and we believe is one of very few 7 person houses this close to campus. New carpet in smaller bedroom and bathroom flooring since the video!
