Green Dykes Lane is the bit of University Road between Thief Lane and the crossroads. It is five minutes walk from campus and 3 minutes to the supermarket. 

It was largely redecorated a few years ago with laminate flooring throughout and has a large modern kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc. It has a large back garden and off street parking for 2 cars, two shower rooms, separate sitting room with laminate floor with patio doors onto the garden - and yes, the shed in the picture has been replaced!.

It has a spare bedroom which it is intended to enlarge and then make the house a 6 but would consider leaving as a 5
